Dr. Nhat Le-Huynh, O.D. was raised in Garden Grove and is a Southern California native. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego, Revelle College in 2002. She attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and obtained a Doctor of Optometry with Clinical Honors in 2007.

Dr. Le has over 16 years of extensive clinical experience. Dr. Le is licensed in the treatment and management of ocular diseases including Glaucoma. Her full scope of optometric care includes advanced dry eye treatments, specialty contact lens fitting, refractive surgery, and binocular vision dysfunctions. Over the years, she has worked for several optometric settings including Providence VA Hospital in Rhode Island, Managing Doctors for Eyexam of California, and joined Partners Pacific Optometry in 2011. Dr. Le’s passion for optometry extends beyond the exam room. She enjoys working with children and services to underprivileged children in the local schools providing vision exams and glasses.
Dr. Le currently resides in Huntington Beach with her husband, Phu, and their two beautiful young daughters, Madison and Kennedy. She stays actively involved in her church, community, and daughters’ school. When she has any free time, she enjoys running, crafting, cooking, and going to Disneyland with her family.

Dr. Alison Noritake is a full-scope optometrist with an emphasis on primary eye care, myopia management, advanced dry eye syndrome, ocular disease, and contact lens fittings.
Dr. Alison Noritake is a full-scope optometrist with an emphasis on primary eye care, myopia management, advanced dry eye syndrome, ocular disease, and contact lens fittings. During her clinical education, she practiced in a large variety of clinical settings, allowing her to experience private practice and hospital-based optometry. Dr. Noritake is certified to prescribe therapeutic pharmaceutical agents and to treat and manage ocular diseases, including glaucoma. She is also trained in advanced dry eye treatment options including Optilight by Lumenis and TearCare.
She received a Bachelor of Science in General Biology at the University of California, San Diego, where she was a Regent Scholar, and she continued her post-graduate career at the State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City. She graduated with her Doctorate of Optometry in 2016 and received the Johnson and Johnson Excellence Award in Clinical Contact Lenses Patient Care and the Pace Setter Award for Excellence in Primary Care. Despite loving her time in New York City, Dr. Noritake decided to return home to California in order to be closer to her family. She and her husband enjoy rock climbing and hiking and spending time with their furbaby.

Dr. Kathy Truong is a graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry located in Pomona, California. She is native to Orange County and received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry at UC Irvine.
Dr. Truong has completed internships in different practice modalities including primary care, Neuro-Optometry, and binocular vision in ophthalmology practices and VA Hospitals. She is experienced in the treatment and management of ocular diseases. Dr. Truong is licensed in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, and is glaucoma certified. Dr. Trung started her optometric career at Partners Pacific Optometry as an optician and has now come full circle returning as an Associate OD. She has a strong passion for serving the community she grew up in. She enjoys traveling with her husband and all things Disney!

Fluent in English and Japanese, Dr. Seiju E. Terada, O.D. attended UCLA and graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Biology. He obtained his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of California at Berkeley. He has gained recognition as a Fellow in the prestigious American Academy of Optometry, dedicated to promoting the highest standards of optometric practice through clinical care, education and research. His specialties include refractive surgeries, advanced cataract procedures and glaucoma, and he has been involved in a vision screening program of public school-age children that emphasized early intervention and treatment of vision problems. Dr. Terada was a member of the American Optometric Association and served on the board of the Asian American Optometric Society as President.
